Glen has been a long-time member of CUEBC and served as its treasurer for several years before opting to take 2004 away from the role so that he could put all of his other roles in perspective and get his retirement ducks all in a row. After 35 years as an educator in three provinces and with roles as classroom teacher, district resource person and provincial curriculum coordinator Glen has left the classroom for the final time and moved on to a role as an education consultant with a private consulting firm. Being a bear for punishment, he decided that along with all of his other jobs, like learning to ride a camel while working as an ICT consultant in Jordan, he would once again take on the role of CUEBC treasurer. So, along with his other work in Canada, such as B.C. Science textbook work with McGraw-Hill and WNCP Mathematics curriculum work he will once again try to balance the CUEBC books while supporting all the great work being done by CUE.
